Rush Limbaugh's certainly gone over the edge once again.

Rush Limbaugh is not backing down after widespread condemnation over his misogynistic attack on Sandra Fluke, a Georgetown University Law School student who testified before Congress recently about the problems caused when women lack access to contraception.If anything, Limbaugh has increased the vitriol, at one point asking Fluke: "Who bought your condoms in sixth grade?"
Yesterday, Limbaugh called Fluke a "slut" and a "prostitute."

I find it frustrating to understand what the actual FCC laws are, how bad someone has to get before they are penalized. It is such a fine line between free speech and hate speech sometimes.

I find it interesting that Fox News has been urging the Supreme Court to reverse the rulings on indecency and stop "policing the airwaves". (First Amendment case since 2007, last heard in January, FCC vs Fox). Shit, if Fox doesn't like it..
But that all seems to be around talk of sexual organs, so who knows.
